By using WrapperCheck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What WrapperCheck provides
WrapperCheck offers informational analysis of SaaS product ideas, including scores, verdicts, and structured feedback. Through AuditFlow AI, WrapperCheck also offers informational audits of websites, stores, pricing pages, marketing copy, resumes, pitch decks, and related digital assets. Our reports and audits are for informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, security certification, accessibility certification, or professional business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of the startup ideas, URLs, documents, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant WrapperCheck a limited license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide validation reports, AuditFlow audits, and operate the service.
No guarantee of success
WrapperCheck does not guarantee that any idea will succeed, raise funding, or generate revenue. Analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. AI-generated outputs can contain errors. Use your own judgment before building or investing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Submit abusive, harassing, or spam content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or access others' accounts
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service. Account details and termination policies may be updated as the product matures.
Pricing and plans
Current plan pricing is shown on our pricing page. As of the last update:
- Free — $0, includes a limited number of reports per month as described on the pricing page.
- Pro — promotional launch price of $9.99/month (standard price $19.99/month).
- Founder — promotional launch price of $19.99/month (standard price $29.99/month).
- One-time reports — single Pro report ($3.50) or single Founder report ($5.00) without a subscription.
Credit pack prices may be adjusted with notice. Purchased credits remain in your account until used across WrapperCheck and AuditFlow.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro and Founder) are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Plan access updates after successful checkout.
One-time report purchases add a credit to your account. Credits are consumed when you generate a report at the purchased tier. You may hold at most one unused credit per one-time tier at a time, as described on the pricing page.
Refunds and cancellation
If you encounter problems — billing errors, failed reports or audits, or service issues — contact us and we will initiate a refund where appropriate.

Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your billing provider or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrapperCheck is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to pricing or refund policy will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
